To put it simply, Brian Mills loves the Wedding Business and entertaining. The child of musical parents, he began
performing at a yound age and has been “On Stage” ever since. Studying Jazz Composition and Music Business in

College, Brian began performing professionally at 19, and has now been working full-time as a Professional Singer,
Dancer, Comedian, Producer, Vocal Arranger and Director, and Wedding Officiant for 30 years. This includes having
starred as the Lead Singer and Host of the World Famous show Les Folies Bergere in Las Vegas and as Danny Zuko in the
European Tour of the musical Grease.
Having performed his first wedding ceremony over 20 years ago, Brian is one of the most popular and busiest Wedding
Officiants in Las Vegas. He dedicated himself to the Vegas Wedding Industry exclusively 15 years ago and to date has
performed over 20,000 Ceremonies – half of them as a Traditional Minister and half as Themed Characters. While Elvis
is the most popular, Brian has created and produced Themed Weddings for over 50 different Themes and characters,
and his favorite challenge is to design and create a Wedding for a character he has never done before.
Over a decade ago, Brian pioneered a new segment of the Wedding Industry – Festival Weddings. This new concept
brought the Wedding Industry to some of the biggest Music Festivals and Sporting Events in Las Vegas. His clients
include the biggest Rave in the US – The Elecrtic Daisy Carnival, the largest Rockabilly Festival in North America (The Viva
Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekender) and the largest sporting Event in Nevada – the bi-annual NASCAR Races at the Las
Vegas Motor Speedway.
Brian lives, eats, drinks, and loves everything about the Wedding Business. This love has brought him to the pinnacle of
the Vegas Wedding Community, serving now as the President of The Vegas Wedding Chamber. He is excited for the
future of the Wedding Business in Las Vegas, and looks forward to working with Brides and Grooms from all over the
World for decades to come!


 Charity Mills


Charity has emceed, planned & orchestrated countless special events from community outreach to wedding receptions.
As a licensed minister Charity has performed close to 1,000 weddings. She has written specialized scripts for various

themes, characters & festivals as well as unique unity ceremonies, poly ceremonies & even a mono-marriage. Her most
cherished script is the one she wrote for her own wedding to her wonderful & talented husband Brian Mills.
Before Charity began her career in the Vegas events industry, she worked as a licensed funeral arranger. But she also has
a background in entertainment having been the lead MC for comedy variety Karaoke show bars for the largest chain of
nightclubs in the U.S. She managed teams of entertainers throughout the country in skits, dance routines, contests &
improve comedy antics. Charity has fronted multiple cover bands performing in casino lounges throughout New Mexico
& Texas & has written & recorded original music with her bands in Las Vegas, NV.
Charity is the Community Outreach Director for the Vegas Wedding Chamber. She earned a certificate in Conference
Management & Event Planning at The International School of Hospitality & graduated from the College of Southern
Nevada, with an emphasis in floral design.
Charity’s attention to detail & design makes every event spectacular. Her quippy personality & mic skills command the
room & allows for fun improve, while her sentimental words bring depth & meaning to her weddings.
